Atmosphere Building, Topsia, Kolkata. A duplex on the 14th and 15th floors, transformed into a living garden by Mahacharya Sourabh J Sarkar and the artisans of KarmYog Vatika. 63 planters. 17 zones. From the entrance hall to the prayer room — every floor, every balcony, every staircase landing. Planted.
Mahacharya Sourabh J Sarkar's vision of biophilic living does not stop at the terrace. It enters through the front door. It climbs the staircase. It sits beside the sofa, lines the kitchen counter, and softens the prayer room. For this penthouse, the brief was total: transform a luxury duplex into a home where every room has a reason to breathe. 63 premium planters were curated across 17 zones — each chosen for the light it would receive, the air it would clean, and the life it would bring to the people who live there.
