The Philosophy

A garden at every turn

Mahacharya Sourabh J Sarkar's vision of biophilic living does not stop at the terrace. It enters through the front door. It climbs the staircase. It sits beside the sofa, lines the kitchen counter, and softens the prayer room. For this penthouse, the brief was total: transform a luxury duplex into a home where every room has a reason to breathe. 63 premium planters were curated across 17 zones — each chosen for the light it would receive, the air it would clean, and the life it would bring to the people who live there.

The Making

63 planters. Carried up by hand.

The team arrived at the 14th floor with 63 planters, hundreds of plants, 600 square feet of turf, and 400 kilograms of pebbles. Every planter, every plant, every pebble — lifted through service corridors and stairwells, and placed by hand.
